That they have Surveyed the Lands called Dunalls
Lane in the Indictment mentioned and that the upper
Part of the said Lane extending Nothward from the South
East Corner of Mr Bornstreads ploughed Land about
90 Poles towards the Parish of Hornsey aforesaid is in
a verry bad and ruinous Conditions.
