Maketh Oath and
Saith that he this Deponent did on the Twelfth day
of this instant Feburary Personally Serve a Copy
of the Notice hereto Annexed by delivering a true Copy
thereof to James Slade< no role >
one of the Prosecutors abovementioned
at a Public House in
Marlborough Street
in the County
of Middlesex
And this Deponent saith that he did
at the same time make Street inquiry after the above
named Charles Penny< no role >
the other Prosecutor in this Cause
in order also to Serve the said Charles Penny< no role >
with a
Notice but this Deponent was informed that the said
Charles Penny< no role >
was not then in the way to be Served
with such Notice, when the said James Slade< no role >
desired
this Deponent to leave such Notice with him and
that he the said james Slade< no role >
would deliver the same
to the said Charles Penny< no role >
which this Deponent after
waiting a Consider able time Consented so to do. And
this Deponent further saith that the said Notice so
Served by this Deponent to the said James Slade< no role >
hath
not been Countermanded to this Deponents Knowledge
or belief
