Maketh Oath and saith
that he Caused Notice of tryal to be given in this Matter by
Messrs. Willet and Annesley his Solicitors
and that he
this Deponent was always desirous of Attending and
taking his tryal on the Indictment Preferred against him
and that he should have Attended for that Purpose Yester [..]
if he had not Understood and believed that Mo [..]
of tryal was given for this Day and not for Yesterday
this Deponent lastly Saith that he is advised and verily
believes the same to be true that he this Deponents has a
good Defence to make to this Indictment
