William Head< no role > of Curtain Road in the Parish of Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and
Saith that the Defendant John Atkinson< no role > is now in Yorkshire
upon Business but is expected in Town in about Three
Weeks time this Deponent having information to that Purpose
from Mrs. Atkinson the Defendants Wife and this Deponent
further Saith immediately upon [..] Defendants return from the County
that he will inform him of his application to this Honurable
Court for a Respite of the Defendants Recognizance and
Will Cause due Notice of Tryal to be given to the Prosecutor
for the next Sessions And Enter his the Defendants ben [..]
in due time.
