For a Misdemeanor

William Rose< no role > of Turnham place Curtain Road in the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
Baker and Mealman Maketh Oat and saith that he this Deponent
did in October Session last Indict the abovenamed Defendants for a
Misdemeanor to which Indictment they severally Entred into a
Recognizance for their Personal Appearances at the last December
Session and this Deponent further saith that the said Defendants in
the same Session last mentioned Pleaded to the said Indictment and
entred into a Recognizance to try their Traverson the [..]
at this Present Session as the De [..] hath been [..]
this Deponent [..]
or Notices of Trial in this Co [..]
either of them neither hath any such Notice or Notice [..]
left for this Deponent or any of his Family for this Deponent
Dwelling house this Deponent having Made Strict and diligent
