Thomas Bedding< no role > of No. 87 New Gravel
Lane in the parish of Saint Paul Shadwell and
County of Middlesex Labourer on his Oath saith
that he this Deponent and George Foreister< no role > of
the parish and County aforesaid became Bail for
the personal Appearance of the Defendant above
named at last [..] February Session, and in that
Session Deponent moved the Court on affidavit
that the Defendants Recognizance might be
respite the Defendants being than Abroad,
which was granted on Motion of Coal. Pratt
and Deponent paid in all said Motion
One pound one Shillings and Eight pence
and further Defredith that he has received a
Letter to the Sam Purpose of this Sessions
and in Informed by Mr. Henry that Motion
must be made to Respite the Same
Recognizance sine Dei as the Deft. in proposed
into his Majesty's Service
