for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter
Session Assembled
These are to Certify that the Vestry of the Parish of
Styles in the Fields
in the said County And Also
the Churchwardness and Overseer's of the Poor thereof
by whose directions Prosecution has been common
against one Ann Smith< no role >
for a Nusance and
for which she new stands Indicted that is to
say for having ket a Disorderly House in
Cockpit Alley in the said Parish, are Satisfied
that the said Ann Smith< no role >
has quitted the said
House and Removed from and out of the said
Parish And that the said Nusance is entirely
discontinued and put an end to Therefore
the said Vestry Churchwardens and Overseers
do not intend to Prosecute the said Ann
