Maketh Oath and Saith that one John Ewstace< no role > was
at the Same Session also Indicted by the above Named
Prosecutor Thomas Francis< no role > for the Same offence as this
Deponent and that all Matters in Difference between
the said Thomas Francis< no role > and the said John Ewstace< no role >
was also refered to Arbitation to the said Richard Gardner< no role >
and this Deponent Left the intire Management to
the said John Ewstace< no role > who is an Attorneys Clerk to get and
obtain the award from the said Richard Gardner< no role > who has
Neglected so to do whereby this Deponents recognizance
is become forfieted which this Deponent should Not have
Sufferred had be Not have been deceived in the
confidence he placed and reposed in the said John
Ewstace< no role > [..] in obtaining of Such Award
