On the Prosecution of
Simon Webb< no role > for an Assault

Edward Ivery< no role > of Roys Budildings Chelsea in the County
of Middlesex Yeoman maketh Oath that he this Deponent did
on Wednesday the Twenty Seventh day of May instant serve the
above named Prosecutor Simon Webb< no role > with the Order made by
this Court hereunto annexed by delivering to and leaving true a Copy
thereof with Mrs. Hamilton at the last place of above of the
prosecutor in Peter Street Wardour street in the Parish of
Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County
aforesaid And at the same time shewed for the said Original
annexed Order so made as aforesaid And this Deponent.
further saith that he like we on the said Twenty Seventh day
of May instant did serve the above named prosecutor with the
Notice of Tryal hereunto annexed by beliving to and leaving
with the said Mrs. Hamilton at the said last place of abode
of the Prosecutor in Peter Street aforesaid a true Copy of
such Notice in Writing and this Deponent further saith that the
said Mrs. Hamilton now lives in the said House in Peter Street
lately occapied by the prosecutor and his last place of above
before his Departure abroad And this deponent in obedience to
the said annexed Order of this Court did make engaging of the
siad Mr. Hamilton prosecute to the Service of he said Order
and Notice of Tryal if she cou'd give him intelligence to her
the Prosecutor might be found when the said Mr. Hamilton
informed this Deponent that she had heard from several
prerson and had been informed by the Wife of the prosecutor
that he had left this Kingdom and gone to Philadelphia but
at the same time deferred this Deponent for further information
to a Sister in Law of the Prosecutor a Mrs. Horton who
