On the Prosecution of
Richard Edward< no role > Jones
for an Assault

John Milbourn< no role > the abovenamed Defendant, and
John Miller< no role > of Dukes Court Bow Sheet Covent Garden in the said
County of Middlesex Severally Make Oath and say and First
the Deponent John Milbourn< no role > for him self says that during the
last week he made diligent enquiry afterthe Richard Edward
Jones< no role > the above named Prosecutor in order to get him served
with a true Copy of the Notice of Tryal hereunto annexed, lent
could not find him to get him so served, he having left his usual
place of Above, And this Deponent further says that he verify
beleives the said Richard Edward Jones< no role > Concealed himself
and went out of the way in order to prevent his being Served
with said Notice of Tryal. And the said Deponent John
Miller< no role > for himself says That he also made enquiry other
the said Richard Edward Jones< no role > in order to serve him with their
said Notice of Tryal last could not find him, he having
left his usual place of residence And verily believes
that the said Richard Edward Jones< no role > went out of the way
intentionally in order to prevent his leaving served with the said
Notice of Tryal.
