That in April Session last a Bill of Indictment
was Preferred and found true, against the said
Nathaniel Morgan< no role >
for an Assault upon this
Deponent
That the said Nathaniel Morgan< no role >
at the same
Session appeared and pleaded to the said Indictment
and then entered into Recognizance to Try his Traverse
thereon at the present Session as this Deponent hath
been informed and believes to be true
That the said Nathaniel Morgan< no role >
hath not
given this Deponent any Notice of his Intention of
trying his said Traverse at the present Session
or otherwise discharged himself from the said Indictment
