Middlesex to wit

The King agt. Thomas Rawstone< no role > , On the Prosecution of
the Gentlemen Trustees of the
Turnpike Road belonging to
Goswell Street Road

Thomas Rawstone< no role > of Rawstone Sheet Islington in the County
of Middlesex Brick maker Maketh Oath and Saith That in
December Session last he was Indicted on the above Prosecution for
a Nuisance and that he in Consequence of such Indictment
caused Counsel to be Employed and was full prepared for Trial
and attended this Honourable Court for that purpose
and saith that previous to the said Indictment being Tried
it was proposed that he this deponent should enter into
Recognizence to remove the said Nuisance which he this
Deponent accordingly did And this Deponent positively Saith that the
said Nuisance complained of in the said Indictment is
removed the not belonging to him, Whereford he this
Deponent Prays this Honourable court that his Recognizance
intered into as aforesaid may be Discharged
