Mr Samuel Cotes< no role > Serveyor of the parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch and the Liberty of Norton Holgate in
this County aganist whom a Complaine was made with
last session by John Jagger< no role > serveyor of the parish of Saint
Luke old street and the Liberty of Glass House Yard for improperly codifying a Building of one Wm. Fielden< no role > Erected in our [..] distance the
consideration whereof war adjourned till this Day attended the
Court and it appearing to the Court that the building had been
pulled down and rebuilt agreeable to the directions contained
in the act of Parliament of the 14th. of his present Magesty's
and then [..] Resolved that
the further Consideration of this matter be [..] adjournedgine die

The Table of the Fees allowed to be Taken by the
Clerks to His Majestys Justices of the peace further County bay
called for & Read Resolved That is appear to have been
the general practice of the Magistrates Clerks subsequent to
the Time the Table of Fees was made to take only Two
Shillings for the examination and order of Removal of a Pauper
where the same were brought ready written by the Vestrey Clerks
