being in number Seventy four Offenders so removed and conveyed
as aforesaid for each of which said Offenders the said John Kirby< no role > as
Keeper of the said Gaol of Newgate for the County of Middlesex by virtue of the
said Act of Parliament claims to be paid by the said County of Middlesex the sum
of Fourteen shillings and ten pence being the Fee which hath usually been
paid to the Keeper of the said Gaol for the said County on the Transportation of
Felons and other Offenders amounting in the whole to the sum of Fifty four
pounds Seventeen Shillings and Eight pence And the said John Kirby< no role >
craves that the said sum of Fifty four pounds seventeen shillings and
Eight pence and also the sum of Sixty two pounds twelve shillings
and seven pence for the Expences which he hath incurred in the
Removed and Conveyance of the said Offenders may be allowed to him by
the Order of the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex assembled at this present General Quarter Session of the
peace holden for the said County in pursuance of the said Act of Parliament
In Order that the said John Kirby< no role > may receive the money due for such
Fees and Expences from the Treasurer of the said County in pursuance of
the said Act of Parliament dated the Eighth day of April one
thousand seven hundred and Ninety three
