Sheweth
That by a certain Rate or Assesement made for the Relief of the
Poor of the said Parish of Chiswick
in the said County of Middlesex
on
the Thirty first Day of January One Thousand seven Hundred and
Ninety three and a afterwards allowed by two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace
for the said County and published in the Chwick of the said Parish on the
seventeenth day of February One Thousand seven Hundred and ninety
three Year Petitioner and many other Inhabitants and Occupiers of
Houses and Lands in the said Parish are in and by the said Rate or
Assesement charged and Assessed in several Sums of Money for the relief
of the Poor of the said Parish.
That at the Time of making the said Rate or Assessement the
Reverend James Frebeck< no role >
was and now is Vicar
of the said Parish and
the said James Frebeck< no role >
is rated in and by the said Rate or Assessment at
the Sum of One Hundred pounds a Year for his Tythes as Vicar of the said
Parish by the Description of The Reverend Mr. Frebeck for Vicorial
Tythes when as your Petitioners Apprehends the said James Frebeck< no role >
ought
to be rated in and by the said Rate or Assessment at the Sum of One
Hundred and Twenty three pounds a year at the least for his Tythes as
Vicar of the said Parish.
That at the Time of making the said Rate or Assessment Jane-

were and
now are Inhabitants and Occupiers of Houses in the said Parish but the
