To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
in General Quarter Session of the Peace for the
said County assembled.

The Humble Petition of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Fulham in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant unde the Hands and Seals
of Thomas Collins< no role > and Richard Paul Joddiell< no role > Esqr two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace acting and for the County of Middlesex (where of one is
of he Quorum) bearing Date the Twenty third day of February One Thousand
seven Hundred and Ninety three, Charlotte Thomas< no role > Single Woman was
convayed from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the County
of Middlesex and delivered to your Petitioners the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Fulham in the County of Middlesex
the said Justices adjudging the lawful settlement of the said Charlotte
Thomas
< no role > to be in the said Parish of Fulham whereby your Petitioners
apprehend themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal against the said
Order or Pass Warrant and pray that you Worships will be
pleased to appoint a day in the present Session for the
hearing and determination thereof.

our of Sovereign Lord the King holden in the and for [..] of Middlesex County
at the Session House Clerkenwell Green one Monday the Eighteenthby adjournment on Tuesday the Ninth day of April
in the Thirty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Saint of Saint Mary le Bone in the said County of Middlesex have Notice
of this Appeal and that they and all Persons concerned Do attend this
Court at the Session House for the said County on Thursday theEight day
Eleventh day of April instant at Nine of the Clock in the Morning to [..]
hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal
