To the Worhsipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in the General Quarter Session of the Peace assmbled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Barking in the
County of Essex

Sheweth


That by Virture of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of N: Conant and John Scott< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum
bearing date the first day of March last, Elizabeth White< no role > Widow and her
three Children namely Aqnes< no role > aged about Nine Years Robert< no role > aged Six Years
and upwards and Sampson< no role > aged four Years and upwards were removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of Barking in the said County of Essex as the
place of their last legal Settlement, Whereby Your Petitioners as as they
conceived aggreived.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their and Order and Pray that your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day in this Present Session
for the hearing and determining there said Appeal
