Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Fulham

Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and
Appeal setting forth That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands

acting in and for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing date the twenty third day of February One Thousand Seven Hundred

was removed and conveyed form and
out of the parish of Saint Marylebone
in the County of Middlesex
and delivered to the
petitioners the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Fulhams
in
the County of Middlesex
the said Justices adjudging the lawful settlement of the said
Charlotte Thomas< no role >
to be in the Parish of Fulham
, whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the
respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and
Witnesses in and concerning the Premises It is (at the request of the Churchwardens and
overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
) Ordered that the said Order
or Pass Warrant of the said two Justices be and the same is herby Quashed and It is
further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Fulham
do forthwith convey and deliver back the said Charlotte Thomas< no role >
(together with a
Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Marylebone
who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said Charlotte
Thomas< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law
