of the City road in the County of Middlesex Brewers and Copartners
Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent not knowing
the Nature of Criminal Prosecutions did not appear and Prosecute
the said John Stokes< no role > at October Session last pursuant to a
certain Recognizance entered into by him for that purpose
And this Deponent further saith he was requested ley his
Employers the said Robert Killey Cox< no role > James Curtis< no role > and
Edward Payne< no role > in Consideration and out of Compession for
the said John Stokes< no role > and Wife & and Family not to Prosecute
him further

Clerkenwell Green in the County
of Middlesex this 13 April 1793}
