Prosecutor abovenamed maketh Oath and saith that at the
general Session of the Peace holden in and for the said
County of Middlesex
in September last he did prefer
,,Bill of Indictment against the Defendants abovenamed
for a Compiracy to increase and augment the prices and
rates usually paid and allowed to them and other artifices
Workmen and Labourers in the art and occupation of a
Cwiner And this Deponent further saith that such
Indictment was found a true Bill and that Warrants
for apprehending the said Defendants were issued out
thereon but were not executed on account of the said
Defendants absconding to avoid the same and they or either
of them have not been taken or put in bail to
answer to the said Indictment And this Deponent
