Thomas Measam< no role > of Redmans row in the Hamlet of
Mile End Old Town in the Parish of Saint Dunstan
Stebunheath otherwise Stepney in the said County
Victualler Edward Price< no role > of the same place Taylor and
Sarah< no role > the Wife of Josiah Waterlow< no role > of the same place
Weaver Severally make Oath and Say tha they were
Severally Bond over to Prosecute and give Evidence
agaisnt. the above named Elizabeth Ward< no role > for Felony that
they preferred a Bill of Indictment against the said
Elizabeth Ward< no role > in February last which said Bill of
Indictment was found a here Bill And this Deponent
Thomas Measam< no role > for himself further Saith that he
Attended the friday following being the23d of thetwenty
second day of the said Month agreeable to the Order of this
Honorable Court but this Deponent Attended rather too
late having been taken very Ill which prevented his [..] being
in proper time otherwise she this Deponent should have
infoc'd the Prosecution agreeable to such his Recognizance
And these deponents Edward Price< no role > and Sarah Waterlow< no role >
for themselves further Saythat being normally unacquainted
and ignorant of the made of Proceeding in such Cases and
the said Thomas Meason< no role > the Prosecutor not having
employed any Attorney or Sollicitor to Condect such
Prosecution whereby these Deponents might have obtained
the necessary information humbly prays this Honorable
