Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
George Bloomsbury
in the said County Have at this present Session Exhibited
their Petition and appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Thomas Collins< no role >

acting in and for the said County (one
whereof being of the quorum) bearing date the Seventh day of December last

was removed and coveyed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Marylebone
in the said County to the said Parish of Saint George
Bloomsbury
as the peace of her last legal settlement whereby the Petitioners
conceived themselves aggrieved
NOW, upon hearing the said Appeal, in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
and they consenting by their Counsel to the allowing the said Appeal, IT IS ORDERED,
that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Jus-
tices is hereby vacated and set aside; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Church-
wardens and Overseers and deliver back the said Johanna Allen< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
Who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Johanna Allen< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
