Saith That on Sunday the Eighteenth of the said
month of September last the said Dobbins came
down to Stains and called on this Deponent and
desired him to come up to the angle and Crown
which is kept by the said Sadler in stains aforesaid
and he wod. get the Business settled that this Deponent
did go accordingly to hear what said Dobbing had
say for neglating his Business that said Dobbin
replay it cod. not now be hoped but he wod. indun [..]
to get the Business settled and some satisfaction been
this Deponent stell Observed to said Dobbin as this
was a Matter of Felony he cod. not compound or
that said Dobbing [..] into the room at had Cause [..]
[..] Words to that or the like Heart that he
afterwards saw Dobbing retearing to Town and
as he passed by this Deponents Door Ten Stains aforesaid [..]
a one store Chaise he sailed him but Dobbins said
in wod. do no more in the Business and [..] prosecutor
[..]
Saith that he has already been part to believes [..]
Six and Seven pounds Expence in Journeys and
other Expences of himself and witnesses in going
to the said Sessions to prefer such Bill of Indictment Shuting at and returning into
the County Excusive of the Expense that may
account what Deponent in discharge of this Deponent
Recognizance in persuance of the notice namd
from the Clerk of the peace for with drawing
the same and what notice is also hereunto
annexed
