London Gentleman Solicitor for the Appealtants maketh oath and saith
that he this Deponent on the twelfth day of May last did [..]
some Mr Nightingale, Churchwarden of the parish of Saint Mary
Whitechapel in the County of Middlesex with the Order of Court hereunto
annexed by delivering to and leaving with the Wife of the said Mr
Nightingale at his House in Well Close Square a true Copy of the said
Order And this Deponent further saith that he did on the same day
serve - Mr Darking one of the Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
of Saint Mary White Chapel with another true Copy of the said
Order by delivering to and leaving such last mentioned Coy of
the said Order at the house of the said Mr Darking Numbered
71 in White Chapel .

Sworn at the General Sessions of
the peace of our Lord the King holden in
& for the County of Middlesex at the Session
house for the said County (by Adjournment)
on Thursday the 9th Day of June 1791}
