To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their Present General Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Humble petition of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the said
County

Sheweth


That by an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of Joseph Faikney< no role > and Charles Friquet< no role > Esquire two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex one whereof
in of the Quorum bearing dated the 23d day of April last Ann Robertshaw< no role >
Wife of Thomas Robertshaw< no role > was removed and conveyed from and [..]
of the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioner conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said
Order of the said Two Justices appeal to your Worships therefrom and
humbly pray that you will be pleased to hear them in the premises and
other that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Saint Sepulchre may appear before you on a certain day
to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of upon Worships touching the said Appeal
