severally
make oath and say that they are severally under
Recognizances to appear plead and take their Tryal
on an Indictment preferred and found a True Bill
against them by the said Ester Boys for an Assault
by the Grand Jury at the last Sessions of the Peace holden
here for the County of middlesex
and these Deponents
severally say that they came here this day and
thinking they had nothing to do but appear and take
their Tryals on the said Indictment was this day
informed theythat they would not do so by reason
that they had not taken out a venin and given
notice of Tryal to the said prosecutrix and these
Deponents severally say that they intend to appear
and take their Tryals on the said Indictment at
the next sessions to be holden here for the said
County of middlesex
and for that purpose shall
take out a vairein derand give notice of
Tryal to the said prosecutrix in dere time
