Square Bloomsbury the Prosecutor abovenamed maketh Oath
and saith That one Joseph Winson< no role > who gave Evidence before the
Grand Jury upon this Indictment has (as he this Deponent has
been informed and Believes) for several days last past been about
from his usual place of Residence and is gone to Hertford in Hertfordship
that he has caused Enquiry to be made after the said Joseph
Winson
< no role > at Thetford but without effectAnd this Deponent
further saith that the said Joseph Winson< no role > is a Material
Witness in his behalf and that he cannot safely go to
tryal without him
