The Defendant Allice Morgan< no role > and Thomas West< no role > of Free
School Street St. Johns in the Borough of Southwark in the
County of Surry Carpenter severally Make Oath and say
And first this Deponent Allice Morgan< no role > for herself Saith
That she Entered into Recognizance in October Session last
to Abide her Trial in this honourable Court in this Course
That in consequence thereof she took her venice and had a
a Notice of Tryall served in due on the prosecutor That
the prosecutor Neglecting to Appear This Deponent being
ignorant of the Practice did not prepare an Affidavit of the
Service of such Notice This Deponent Thomas West< no role > for
himself Sayth that he personally served the above named
Prosecutor Dennis Connor< no role > with a proper Notice of
Tryall at an house known by the Blue Posts Cockpit
Ally Drury Lane in the County of Middlesex These
Deponents say that they have made strick Search
and diligent Enquiry to find out the said D [..]
Connor or his place of Abode so as to sever him
personally with a proper Notice of Tryal in due
Time
