by Elizabeth Simons< no role > taken on oath before me John Spiller< no role > Esquire one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County this Seventh
day of March in the Year of our Lord 1791

Who on his Oath saith That he is about the age of one and
Twenty years and of no Trade and lives in Gray Inn Lane Holbone
and that he has been in Business and failed,
and has now Employ and saith That the Place of his
Settlement is in the Parish of saint Andrew Holborn
by renting a House at the Yearly Rent of Thirty
four Pounds per year in Grays Inn Lane in
the said Parish of saith Andrew Holborn

John Hackney a taken and Sworn the day and Year find
above written

Who on her oath saith that his Morning she went to a House
in a Lane called Sanford Lane in the Said Parish and
saw the said Henry oldfield< no role > Setting at a Table Examinant
asked to insure car No 543 for one Guinea Blank and Prize
for did asked what it come to the said Henry
Oldfield< no role > then demanded one Shilling and tenpence of this
Examinant Which she paid him and the said henry Oldfield< no role > Insured the said
Number 543 for the Twenty third days Frawing of this
present state Lottety and delivered to her the Policy or
Ticket non produced by her
