in the above two several Prosecutions Maketh Oath
and Saith that at the last Session for the said County
of Middlesex
the above two several Indictments were
preferr'd and found against the said James Ansell< no role >
And this Deponent Saith the Defendt. [..] duly appear'd and
Pleaded to the Indictment on the Prosecution of the said
Thomas Baker< no role >
at the said last Session & duly enter'd into
a recognizance to Traverse the same at the present Session
and this Deponent further Saith, that the Defendant
likewise enter'd into a recognizance to appear and plead
to such other Indictment on the Prosecution of the
said William Burke< no role >
at the present Session, but this
Deponent Faith that by an Order of Nisi Prius made
on the hearing of an Indictment preferr'd by the Defend
ant in his Majesty's Court of Kings Bench against
Fleming French< no role >
the said Prosecutions above named
were thereby directed to be stop'd A true Copy of which
said Order of Nisi Prius is hereto annex'd.
