William Trebbels< no role > of Fetter Lane in the
City of London Stationer Maketh Oath and
Saith that he did Prior to January Session
last enter into Recognizance before Mr. Justice
Walker for the Personal Appearance of George
Wakeman< no role > and William Bourn< no role > (for an Assault)
at the then next Session for the said County of
Middlesex And this Deponent Saith that the
said George Wakeman< no role > and William Bourn< no role > or
either of them did appear at the said Session
in pursuance of the said Recognizance as this
Deponent hath been informed And this Deponent
also Saith that the said William Bourn< no role > was at the
time of the said Session dangerously ill and is
since dead and that the said George Wakeman< no role >
is now and hath for some time past been under
Sentence of Transportaion in his Majestys
Goal of Newgate for the said County Therefore
this Defendant humbly prays this Honorable
