At the Sitting of Nisi Prius held at Westminster Hall
in the Great Hall of Pleas there in and for the said County
on Saturday the twenty sixth day of June in the Year
of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety and in
the thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third now King of Great Britain Etc. Before the
Right Honorable Lloyd Lord Kenyon Chief Justice of our
Lord the King assigned to hold Pleas before the King
himself.

It is Ordered by the Court by and with the Consent of
the Prosecutor and the Defendant and their Council and Attornies
that the Jury find the Defendant not Guilty and that the Defendant
shall pay to the Prosecutor the Costs of this Prosecution to be taxed
by the proper Officer And it is also ordered by and with the
Consent of William Burk< no role > Gentleman and Thomas Baker< no role > (they
being both present in Court) the Prosecutors of Two Indictments
preferred by them severally against James Ansell< no role > that the
said two Indictments shall be quashed and no further proceeded in
And it is also ordered by and with such Consent as
aforesaid that the said Court of our Lord the King before the King
himself may be prayed that this Order may be made a Rule of
the same Court
