in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman
in the above named prosecutor
Maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent did in Febry Session
last Indict the abovenamed Defendant for making an Assault on this
Deponent to which Indictment the said Defendant have at several
times put in Insufficient Bail and has given out that they will from
time to time do so in order to live out this Deponent and to put him
to further Expence and to avoid going to Trial and this Deponent saith
that he did day search with the Clerk of the peace for the County of
Middlesex to see if the Defedants had appeared and pleaded when he
this Deponent was Informed they had not And this Deponent further
saith that he hath yet received any Notice of Trial from the
abovenamed Defendants or either of them not hath the same been
delivered to any of this Deponents Family and that the said
Defendants very well knows where to serve this Deponent with a
Notice of Trial if they were inclined so to do
