did see Denis Madden in the annex'd General
Release named duly sign Seal and as his Act
and Deed deliver said annex'd General
Release and this Deponent also Saith that the
name I, Sleath set and Subscribed as one of the
Witnesses attesting the Execution of the said General
Release is of the proper hand writing of this
Deponent and the name Wm, Molloy set and
Subscribed as the other Subscribing Witness attesting the
Execution of the said General Release is of the
proper hand writing of the said William Molley< no role >
who signed the same in this Deponents presence
