in the County of Middlesex Victualler the Prosecutor above named Maketh
Oath and saith that he this Deponent did in this present July Session Indict the
above named Defendant for making a Violent Assault on this Deponent
which Bills found to be true and the said John Linton< no role > having no
[..] settled place of abode and being a person of a very Infamo [..]
Character he this Deponent Apprehends that if the said John Linton< no role >
shall be Apprehended on a Bench Warrant that he will procure or find
some fictious Bail to obtain his discharge in order to avoid taking he
Trial Unless an Order of this Honourable Court shall be granted for
Notice to be given to this Deponent for twenty four hours Notice of the
Sufficiency of the Bail
