his wife severally make Oath and Say that the Prosecutrix
[..] her Lodgings at the Defendants House in Archer Street
aforesaid
on the first day of February last And this Deponent William
Wyatt< no role >
Saith he was Indicted in February last by the Prosecutrix
and appeared and pleaded to such Indictment and Gave Bail
to Try the Traverse at this Present Sessions And these Deponents
further severally say that the said Ann Dowling< no role >
went from her
Lodgings in the House of the Defendant to live at No.1 in White
Ball Court Castle Street
in the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields
in the County of Middlesex
And that these Deponents
have severally applied for more than a month past At the said
House No.1 in White Ball Court aforesaid in Order to find
out the said Prosecutrix to serve her with a Notice of Trial
in this Cause but found that she was Removed and could
not learn to what place And that they have severally used
their Utmost Endeavours to find her out in Order to serve her
with a Notice of Trial in this Cause but without Effect
