Joseph Waddams< no role > of Watling Street London Yeoman maketh Oath
and saith that Pheobe Flakerty< no role > is a Material witness for the
Prosecutionin the aboveon the Trial of the above Cause and without
whose Testimony they cannot support the Charge in the said
Indictment And this Deponent saith that he hath enquired
at the place where the said Pheobe Falkerty had directed this
Deponent to enquire for her in order to produce her on this Day
to give Evidence on the above Indictment, when this Deponent
was Informed and which Information he verily believes to be
true that the said Pheobe Flakerty was removed to some part
of Spitalfields but to what particular part this Deponent
could yet no intelligence And this Deponent saith he has
no doubt but that he shall be able to produce her to give
Evidence at the next Session
