Severally make Oath and Say and first this
deponent Charles Francis< no role >
for himself Saith that
he did on the fifth day of April last make due and
Diligent Inquring after the above Prosecuting in Order
to serve her with a Notice of Trial here unto Annexed
And this Deponent further Saith that upon making
due and Diligent Inquring for several days afterwards
was Informed by Mr William Brown< no role >
who is a
Constable
and Attends Justice walkers office well
acquainted with the said Prosecuting as the said

informed this Deponent that
she the prosecuting was a Common [..]
Prostitute and that she had Committed a Felony
and that she the service his had Committed Felony
And that she had Absconded and was not to be
found or Words to that or the take Effect And
this Deponent John Beezer< no role >
for himself Saith
that he this Deponent went along with the said
Charles Francis< no role >
the other Deponent on the said
fifth day of April last in Order to find out the said
Prosecuting to Serve her with the said Notice of Trial
a True Copy of Which is hereto Annexed and also
went with the said Charles Francis< no role >
