making Due and Diligent Inquiry to find out the said
Prosecutrix Mary Adams< no role > in Order to Serve her with
the said Notice of Trial But after several days
Due and Diligent Inquiry this Deponent was
informed by the said William Brown< no role > the said
Constable that the said Prosecutrix Mary Adams< no role >
had Committed a Felony and that she had
Committedabsconded and was not to be bound
or Words to that or the like Effect And this
Deponent William Nicholson< no role > for himself Saith
that he did go with the said Charles Francis< no role >
after the said fifth day ofmayApril several
days to make Inquiry for the said Mary Adams< no role >
in Order to Serve her with the said Notice of
Trial But upon due And Diligent Inquiry this
Deponent was Informed that the said Mary
Adams
< no role > had no Settled place of Rendence or Words
to that or the like Effect and all those Deponents
further say that they donot know were the said Mary Adams< no role > [..]
or resides
