MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fifteenth Day of April in the
thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Phillemore< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role > , Richard Taylor< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County

Whereas the Chuchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint giles in
the fields in the said County Did at the last General Session of the Peace held in and for
this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of a pass
Warrant or Order under he Hands and Seals of W Blackmore and John Staples< no role > Esqrs
two of His Majestys Justices of the peace acting in and for the said County one where of
being of the quorum) bearing date the Second day of February last thomas Chapman< no role >
and Mary his Wife and their two children vizt. Thomas Chapman< no role > aged Eight Years or
there abouts and James Chapman< no role > aged Three years or there abouts were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint George in the said County to the said Parish
of Saint Giles in the fields as the place of their last legal settlement whereby the
Petitioners conceived themselves aggreived which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until
this day Now upon hearing the said Appeal in the presence and hearing of the
chruchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint George and they
conseuting by their counsel to the allowing the said Appeal It is Ordered that the
said Appeal be and the same is hereby allowed and the said Pass Warrant or order of the
said two Justices is hereby vacated and set wide And it is further Ordered that
the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint giles in the
fields do forthwith convey and deliver back the said Thomas Chapman< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife
and their and two Children together with a Copy of this Order unto the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint george who are hereby required to receive and
provide for the said Thomas Chapman< no role > Mary his Wife and their said two Children until they
can free themselves from the charge there of by due course of Law And it is further ordered
that the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint George do
said Parish of Saint giles in the fields the Sum of four Pounds and Ten Shillings for their
charges and expences in relieving and maintaining the said Thomas Chapman< no role >
Mary his Wife and their said two Children since their said Removal
