MIDDLESEX ,


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fifteenth Day of April in the
thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great britain, Etc.

Whereas the Churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the parish of saint
Pancras in the said County Have at this present Session Exhibited their
petition and appeal setting forth That by virtue of an Order on Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Tho: Collins< no role > and John Fendall< no role > Esquires two of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the county of Middlesex
aforesaid one where of being of the Quorum bearing date the second day
of march 1790 Mary martin< no role > single woman aged twenty four Years was
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Mary lebone in the
county aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Pancras as the place of
her last legal settlement where by the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved Where upon at the request of the said Petitioner It is
Ordered that the benefit of their said Appeal should be saved unto
them and the hearing and determining there of be and the same is
hereby adjourned until the next general Session of the Peace to
be holden for its County and on notice hereof in the mean time
to be given unto the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of Saint Mary le bone they and all all Person concerned do
attend the court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the
Twenty seventh day of May at the hour of nine in the forenoon of
the same day to hear and abide the judgment and determination
the said Court touching the said appeal.
