on the Prosecution of William Marden< no role >

Thomas Wetherfield< no role > of Drury Lane in the County
of Middlesex Friuterer maketh oath and saith
that the abovenamed Defendant Thomas Spenceley< no role >
is now and has been for upwards of Ten days paid
in a Sick and infirm State of Health and has
at present afflicited with great pairs and Lameness attended
with Lymptons of a Mortifications in his Leg
And this Deponent farther Saith that his
Removal from his own Room would he attend
with great Danger and [..] Delay to the said
Thomas Spenceley< no role > Recovery He being ( [..]
Deponent is inform'd and believes) upwards
Seventy Seven Years of Age
