into Leech Recognizance he informed the
said Mr Staples that he was unacquainted
with the nature of proceedings in such
Cales or words to that or the like Effect
and hoped that he should have Notice
of the Time when it would be Necessary
for him to appear agreeable to the
Terms of his Recognizance and was
answered that Mr. Fletcher who acts
as the clerk of the said Mr. Staples should
give him due Notice But this deponent
Saith That he Never had any Notice
from the said Mr. Fletcher or from
any other person that it was Necessary
for him to attend last Sessions until
after the said Sessions were over
Neither Did this deponent aweing to
his In experince in matters of this
kind tink it necessary for him to
attend (till such Sessions were over)
an that Receiving Notice from the
Prosecuting or same other person and
further Saith that no Nice has been
preferred against the said Kinsley
