MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Fifteenth Day of April in the
thirteeth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Phillemore< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role > , Richard Tayley< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellons, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Great
Stanmore in this County Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition
and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant on Order under the
Hands and Seals of John Rudge< no role > and Edward Gray< no role > Esquires two of His majesties
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County bearing date the first day of
March last Daniel Nicholl< no role > Junr and Elizabeth< no role > his wife and their Four
Children vizt. Hannah< no role > about Eleven Years of Age, Elizabeth< no role > about Eight years of
Age Molly< no role > about Five Years of Age and Ann< no role > about Three Years old were removing
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Little Stanmore to the said Parish
of Great Stanmore as the place of the last legal settlement of the said Daniel
Nicholl
< no role > Junior and Elizabeth his Wife and their said four Children where by
the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved Now upon hearing the said
appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witness in and
concerning the Premises it is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the
same is hereby confirmed And it is further Ordered that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Great Stanmore do
maintain and provide for the said daniel Nicholl New Elizabeth his Wife
and their said four Children until they can free themselves from the charged
there of by due course of Law.
