In the Kings Bench,

William Reading< no role > of Gray John Lane
in the County of Middlesex Victualler maketh Oath and Saith
that in the Month of May one thousand Seven Hundred and
eighty nine divers differences and disputes having are set
between him this Deponent and Benjamin Spurrier of
Bluitt Building Foller Lane in the City of Londons
School master, and the said Benjamin Spurrier< no role > her sing and
preferred a Bill of Indictment against him the is Deponent
he this Deponent found Sureties for has appearance at the
then next Quarter Sessions of the Mean to be held at
Hicks's Hall in and for the County of Middlesex , and the
Deponent further Saith that previous to the said and
Indictment covering on to be heard he this Deponent Ac-
cutered into and executed an Ler [..] Roud bearing
date the Seventh day of July On a thousand SevenHundred
and Eighty nine to the said Benjamin Spurrier in the Pounds
Sum of Fifty Pounds, with a Condition there under [..]
that in case he the Deponent should abide by perform and
Keep the Award of Francis Court of the Middle Temple
London Esquire of and Concerns the Said differences and
disputes which had Wrisen between the Deponent and
said Benjamin Spurrier, So that the said Award of the
said Francis Court shoudl be made in writing ready to be
delivered to the said Parties in difference on or before
swith day of November then pact, the said Obligation to
be void other wise to remain in pull force and virtue
And this Deponent further Saith that the said Frances
Const did not make his Award until the twenty third day
of November then next, and which said Award this
Deponent Saith was made at that him Without he
consent or agreement And this Deponent further.
