Mathew Kannen< no role > of Ratcliffe highway in the
County of Middlesex Surgeon Maketh Oath and
Saith that sometime previous to the last Sessions
of the peace held at Clerkenwell Green in and
for the said County of Middlesex this deponent
attended before John Staples< no role > Esquire one of
His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
said County in order regin Evidence
respecting a Charge against one John Kinley< no role >
exhibitted by one Elizabeth Sinclair< no role > for
an attempt upon the Body of a female Infant her
Daughter with an Intent to commit a
Rape to the best of this Deponents Recollection
and this Deponent Saith that the said
Mr. Staples having thought proper to hold
the said John Kinsley< no role > to Bail for his
Appearance at the said Sessions to answerd
the said charge as this deponent verily
believes he also obliged this deponent to
enter into Recognizance to prosecute the
said John Kinsley< no role > or give Evidence against
him at the said Sessions And this deponent Saith
