To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex at the General
Quarter Session of the Peace assembled.

The humble Petition of the Churchwarderns
and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Saint John in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of the Re [..] his George Boothy Barned and Charles Triquet< no role > Esqrs two of
his Majestis Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middlesex bearing date the Twenty third day of
Jane one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine
whereby Mary Glazbrooke< no role > the wife of Thomas
Glazbrooke
< no role > sawyer , and their two Children namely
William < no role > aged four year and upwards and Mary < no role > aged Six
Months or thereabouts [..] were removed from the Parish of
Saint james Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to our Parish of Saint John Southwark aforesaid as
the place where said Mary and her two Children
were and are legally settled by which order your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved

Your petitioners therefore most humbly
pray your worships have to appeal
against his said order of Removal

And your petitioners shall ever pray
