MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Friday the twenty fourth Day of April in the
Twenty ninthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role > , Thomas Gordon< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County

Whereas Henry Saunders< no role > Did at the last General Quarter Session of the peace held
in and for this County Exhibit his Petition and appeal setting forth That he was on the
Seventh day of November last Convicted by Edward Parker< no role > Esquire one of the Justices for
the County of Middlesex on the Information and Oath of Dominick Adlain< no role > and one
Mary Martin< no role > in the Sum of Twenty Pounds for a supposed Offence of selling a pair of
Gloves with a Stamp of less denomination than by the Statute in that Case made and
provided is directed whereby the Petition conceived himself aggrieved which said Appeal
stood duly adjourned unto this Session Now the said Appeal coming on to be heard and
the said Edward Parker< no role > Esqr. being solemnly called to come forth and Support the said
Conviction but not appearing nor any Person on his behalf It is Ordered that the
said Conviction be and the same is hereby Quashed
