That Your Petitioner on or about the 20th. days of March
last was convicted on the Information of one

John Staples< no role >
Esqr
. one of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
in
the Sum of £20 for that your Petitioner sold one
Pair of Gloves without having the stamped Tickett
affixed thereto as the Act in that oan directs.
That your Petitioner conceiving himself
aggrived by such Conviction is advised to appeal
against such conviction on the said Information
in manner afsd.
Therefore Your Petitioner most humbly
prays your Worships will be pleased to permit
him to enter his appeal before you against
such Conviction.
And Your Petitioner & Appellant will
