WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , acting in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of
the Quorum) by the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , That Mary Nerssesso< no role >
and her two Children to wit Charlotte< no role > Aged
thirteen years and William< no role > Aged Nine
years hath lately intruded and come
into the said Parish of St. James , and are become
Chargeable to the same: We, the said Justices, upon Exami-
nation of the Premises upon Oath, and other Circumstances,
do adjudge the [..] to be true, and do and adjudge the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Nerssesso
and her two Children to be in the Parish
of Saint Gregory by Saint Paul in
the City of London

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require
you, the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , on Sight hereof, to re-
move and convey the said Mary Nerseeso and
her two Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. James , to the said
Parish of Saint Gregory
and them deliver unto the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for them according to Law.
Given under our Hands and Seals, this fourteenth
Day of September One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Eighty Seven
